Backwoods Brewing Company, a family-owned brewery, has three locations in Carson, WA, Portland, OR, and Hillsboro, OR. Founded in 2012, the brewery’s roots trace back to the family’s passion for home brewing, passed down from their father, a sawmill worker in Carson. Starting with a small-batch system, they grew into a larger 20-barrel operation, crafting beers like the Original Lumberjack IPA and seasonal favorites such as Dreamsicle and Hazy Nelson.
