After more than three decades in the corporate world, the founder of brother ass brewing and his wife chose to stay close to family and community, leading him to early retirement and the pursuit of his passion for brewing. With a background in homebrewing and a vision for a community-centered microbrewery, they built brother ass brewing to craft beers they love, emphasizing quality, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Inspired by St. Francis and dedicated to sustainability, they approach brewing as an art, using local ingredients, eco-friendly practices, and repurposing spent grains for both animals and baked goods.
