We created the brewery to produce the best quality beers possible and to provide the best service possible to our customers. We wanted to be able to service our accounts with a product that would be unsurpassed. We are producing small batches to maintain quality and craftsmanship spirit, using a 8.5bbl Ripley mfg. stainless steel brew house out of Canada.”
